Creative Wellness Counseling

In this one-on-one creative coaching program, we'll focus on creating habits of self-discipline as intentional acts of self-love. As an experienced crisis counselor and patient advocate, I am dedicated to tailoring each coaching session to your unique lifestyle and learning-styles. Together, we'll work on creating systems that will further your creative aspirations while providing a safe-space dedicated towards healing and self-reflection. Rate: $150 an hour.
